Lead times & fulfillment

How long does swag take?

Standard production takes 10 business days from artwork approval, not from your first enquiry. Rush production and stocked fulfillment can be faster, subject to availability. Carrier transit comes afterward; international delivery also depends on customs. Confirm dispatch and arrival dates for your product and destination in writing.

Standard production

10 business days

From artwork approval to shipment — the clock starts once you sign off on your digital mockup. Standard for most orders: apparel, drinkware, bags, notebooks, kits.

What affects your timeline

Product type

Apparel and kits have the longest lead times. Notebooks, pens, and simple accessories are typically faster. Ask us about lead time when selecting products.

Decoration complexity

Single-color screen print is the fastest. All-over sublimation, woven labels, or multi-location embroidery may add 1–3 business days.

Artwork readiness

The clock starts when artwork is approved, not when the order is placed. Provide vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg) to skip the redraw step. We'll redraw raster logos at no cost but it adds a day.

Kitting

Building 200 individual kits (box, tissue, products, card) adds 1–2 business days to the timeline vs. a bulk ship to one address.

International shipping

US domestic delivery (ground) is 1–5 days after production. International varies by region: Canada 3–5 days, Europe 5–10 days, Asia-Pacific 7–14 days.

Q4 holiday deadlines

October 15

International shipments targeting December

October 25

Premium kits with complex packaging (US)

November 5

Standard kits for December delivery (US)

These are safe-harbor dates for standard ground shipping. We can often deliver later — book a call and we'll confirm based on current production capacity.

Timeline questions, answered

When does the 10-day clock start?

The clock starts from artwork approval — when you sign off on the digital mockup we send you. Orders with artwork ready on day one move fastest. If you send vector files upfront, we can sometimes get mockups turned around same day.

What's the hard deadline for holiday gifts?

For December delivery: finalize product selection by November 5 (October 25 for premium kits with complex packaging). International orders targeting December should finalize by October 15.

Can you guarantee a delivery date?

We commit delivery dates in writing once your order is placed and artwork is approved. If we miss a committed date, we credit a portion of your order — no questions.

What if I'm not sure about my artwork yet?

Start the conversation anyway. We can hold your order slot and production queue position while artwork is being finalized, which protects your timeline without requiring everything upfront.

Do you offer overnight or 2-day shipping?

Yes. We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS and can select any shipping speed at checkout. Expedited shipping costs are passed through at carrier rates, not marked up.

Have a hard deadline?

Tell us your date upfront and we'll plan production around it. We've hit over 99% of committed delivery dates and we put that commitment in writing.
