No. Made-to-order merchandise is produced or decorated after an order. Warehouse fulfillment ships branded inventory already purchased. The first avoids buying finished stock up front; the second can dispatch faster when the right stock is available.

There is no minimum. Order exactly what you need, even if that is a single sample or a kit of five for a board meeting. We do not charge platform fees or impose subscription commitments.

Yes. Show us any written quote from a comparable supplier and we will match or beat it. We have never lost a price match comparison and we are confident enough to put it in writing.

Setup fees are included in our quote up front, not added at the end. For most repeat orders the setup is reused so subsequent runs are even more cost effective.

Standard terms are 50% deposit on order confirmation and 50% on shipment. For established enterprise customers we offer NET 30 and NET 60 terms after a credit review.

Yes. For larger orders we strongly recommend it. Sample fees are quoted upfront and credited back against your final order if you proceed.

Embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, full color digital print, laser engraving, debossing, woven labels, heat transfer, pad printing, and hand applied patches. We will recommend the right method for the material and design.

Yes. Our in house creative team handles all artwork preparation and produces digital mockups for every product before production. Nothing moves forward without your sign off.

Vector formats (.ai, .eps, .svg, or .pdf) work best. If you only have a logo as PNG or JPG, send it through and we will redraw it at no extra cost for you.

Always. Every quote includes digital mockups across the products in your shortlist so you can see how your branding looks before any money changes hands.

Standard turnaround is 10 business days from artwork approval. Carrier transit is separate. Rush production may be available; confirm availability, any extra cost, dispatch, and arrival dates for the actual product and destination in your quote.

Yes. Tell us your hard deadline upfront and we will plan around it. We have shipped large conference orders in under 72 hours when needed. There is sometimes a small expedite fee, always quoted in advance.

Yes. We offer kitting and direct to home fulfillment for remote teams, onboarding programs, and gifting campaigns. We handle address collection and shipping notifications end to end.

Yes. International orders need a destination-specific quote covering production, transit, and applicable duties or taxes. Confirm who pays import charges and whether a recipient must provide customs information. International delivery dates can be affected by customs clearance.

If we miss a confirmed delivery date that we have committed to in writing, we will credit a portion of your order, no questions. We have hit over 99% of our committed dates in the last three years.
