Client gifting questions
Do you have a minimum order for client gifts?
No. We handle gift orders of any size — from 5 to 5,000 recipients. Unit pricing improves meaningfully at 50+ and 100+ quantities.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship globally and handle customs, duties calculation, and last-mile delivery. We can also produce in regional hubs to reduce lead times for global client lists.
Can we add a personal message to each gift?
Yes. We include printed note cards, custom inserts, or handwritten card services for smaller batches. For large sends, we support mail-merge personalization on printed inserts.
Can you collect recipient addresses for us?
Yes. We send a secure address-collection link to your recipient list. They enter their own details — your team never handles personal address data.
How do we handle a client who doesn't want branded merch?
We offer unbranded (clean label) gifting options — premium products with no logo. Useful for clients with strict vendor gifting policies.
What's the lead time for a client gifting program?
Standard: 10 business days from artwork approval. Rush: 5–7 business days. If you have a hard deadline — deal close, conference, holiday — tell us upfront and we'll plan around it.
